Fit Junior

The Junior FIT program is a fitness for children that offers proper motor and functional development through play, learning and mastering the correct movement patterns that are the basis of training with children, in a fun and creative way. and development (kettlebells, elastic bands, dumbbells) all in order to more properly develop the child. Goal - to develop speed, coordination, precision, balance, strength, power and flexibility.

My goal is to provide the child with quality physical content that will enable him to develop all his abilities and create the foundations for a sports career in the future. We do this in a unique and fun way through the elements of fitness for children, approaching each child individually and tracking his progress.
