Push-up exercise with your own weight for a stone body

Kinetic analysis of push-ups performed on 23 subjects. 14 men and 9 women performed 6 variations of push-ups, in randomized order. The researchers measured the reaction force on the ground (how much weight was pushed) of each push-up variant. And here's what they discovered, look at the pictures.
